Initial Comprehensive Inspection & Treatment (Month 1)

Conducted by our certified experts, a detailed inspection of both interior and exterior premises is performed. Our experts employ scientific methodologies to identify pest activity, entry points, conducive conditions, and potential risk areas.

Treatment:

• Targeted treatment, using Health Canada and Ministry of the Environment approved pesticides and  traps. 

• Monitors/Traps installed inside of the home in areas identified as high risk for infestation enhancing the protection of your home’s interior and establishing inspection points.

• Interior perimeter spray for pest elimination and long term control inside of the home.

• The exterior of your property is secured by establishing a pest-deterring barrier with scientifically-formulated solution that is applied to the foundation of the home and in all accessible cracks and crevices.

Quarterly Exterior Perimeter Treatments (Month 4, Month 7, Month 10 Month 13)
